Species: Scolopendra Polymorpha aka Common Desert Centipede/Tiger Centipede
These centipedes are inbetween 1 inch and 2 inches in length.
Please keep in mind that centipedes can differ from one another in color shades and have slight pattern differences.
Environment: They need a hot, humid habitat with 60–80% humidity and temperatures ranging from 64–80°F.
Substrate: As natural burrowers, they require a deep, loose forest-floor substrate to tunnel into.
Diet: They are voracious carnivores, primarily feeding on insects like mealworms, crickets, and roaches depending on the size. Large adults are capable of taking down small vertebrates like lizards or mice.
Lifespan: With proper care, they can live for over 10 years in captivity.
